After our stay in New Orleans we walked from the hotel in the old section to the port, about a 20 minute walk. We then boarded the Carnival Cruise Ship, the Dream for a 7 night, 8 day Caribbean cruise.
Judy and I spent the weekend in Ottawa. With the Algonquin Park going through it's busiest weekend of the year it was an interesting trip. While in Ottawa we ate at a great Thai restaurant in Little Italy Saturday evening and visited the Musesum of History
The visit to Nassau Bahamas wasn't quite what we expected. We took a tour to a small private island where everything was very commercial! We did a bit of swimming and the boys had lunch but we were on one of the first boats back to the cruise ship.
First stop on the cruise was a small island. We enjoyed ourselves but the beach for swimming wasn't all that good. The island was coral based and the shells make it difficult to walk. Some pictures of us heading over on the tender.
While in Murrell's Inlet for supper we did our usually walk along the boardwalk. I was there, heh, someone had to hold the camera! After a fantastic supper we headed back into Myrtle Beach where Cora and the boys tried some cart racing.
